Mobile World Congress in Barcelona until 2030 and beyond

Following an agreement between the Global System for Mobile Communications, GSMA Association, and Fira de Barcelona, the Mobile World Congress will be held in Barcelona until 2030 and beyond.

With this, the city will be the “permanent home” of Mobile and not only until 2030, but for the following years. The administrations foresee after 2030 “tacit and automatic renewals” to continue holding the event in the Catalan capital.

The Mobile renewal agreement was finalized on July 20 and has a 3 billion impact for Barcelona.
