The Festa Major de Sant Antoni begins on January 13th.

Between Friday 13 and Sunday 22 January 2023, La Festa Major de Sant Antoni returns to Barcelona. Different activities, lots of partying and color.

These will be magical days with theater, sports, music, games, tradition and popular culture, among other attractions and without restrictions due to the pandemic.

This year the neighborhood of Sant Antoni opens its doors and the hearts of its neighbors to welcome everyone with joy and enthusiasm in its Fiesta Mayor.

And this year it is celebrated with great enthusiasm and excitement, since since the beginning of the pandemic is celebrated normally again.

It will have around 130 programmed activities that will take place in different areas of the neighborhood. January 13 to 22 in different spaces of the neighborhood with more than 130 activities programmed.

It is considered one of the best block parties in the city.

During these days the streets are filled with neighbors, visitors, ready to enjoy popular food and beer even at one euro. It is an expression of popular culture where the spirit of the people and the community is reborn every year.

The first activity of the festival will take place at the Cotxeres Borrell Civic Center: a free rumba workshop at 6:30 pm. During this same afternoon, you can enjoy two plays, one at the Civic Center and the other at 66 Borell Street.

Around 9 pm, the bonfires will be lit with bonfires just at the junction between Avda. Mistral and Entença.

Saturday January 14, 2023 at the Festa Major de Sant Antoni

Throughout Saturday 14, CEM Aiguajoc will be holding open days so that you can sign up to enjoy the gym and try out its facilities.

Also on Saturday around 11 am, the Pregó de Festa Major will be held in the Jardinets de l’Alguer. Then you can continue the day at Borell street, 77 with a taste of Vermouth at 2 euros.

During the day you can also stroll through a solidarity market located between Rocafort and Floridablanca streets.

At the end of the afternoon you can attend a Zarzuela whose ticket costs 8 euros at the CC Cotxeres Borell.

At 10 o’clock in the morning the day begins with a galejada of trabucaires.

And during the course of the morning, the bike will be the protagonist with the workshop on the world of cycling aimed at children. This will be followed by a family bike ride.

In the afternoon from 4 pm, you can dance to the rhythm of reggae at the Soundantoni in the Joan Miró Park, or if you prefer, take part in the indoor soccer tournament at the Salesians of Rocafort.
