How is the center

The Oceanographic is one of the most representative icons of the city of Valencia, where the main marine ecosystems of the planet are represented. Open to the public since 2003, it shows the different aquatic ecosystems such as wetlands, temperate and tropical seas, islands and the Red Sea, oceans, the Mediterranean and the Dolphinarium.

It also has the Submarino Restaurant and an access building to welcome visitors.

During its normal activities, the center offers a variety of activities for all audiences. For example, for professionals there are days of conservation and recovery of sea turtles and sharks or enjoy the experiences offered by the Animalia passport, such as getting to know sea lions and beluga whales up close or sleeping with sharks.

Its beautiful and fresh architecture and the distribution of the aquariums bring you closer to the marine world and make you aware of the importance of protecting the flora and fauna.
