Four Corner: the new fluffy and square pizza at The Hoxton hotel

A new Detroit-style pizzeria arrives in Barcelona, the first in Spain. Four Corner is located in The Hoxton hotel with its particular and delicious variety of square and spongy pizza.

Detroit pizza is a square, fluffy pizza with a high, crispy edge better than Neapolitan.

It is baked in square metal molds, whose origin was the typical metal trays that were placed under cars that leaked oil.

This pizza is different from the neighboring thick-crust pizza (the Chicago round), which has large amounts of cheese.

The menu at The Hoxton was developed by Anthony Falco, American pizza guru, creator of the gourmet hipsterization of Neapolitan pizza in 2009.
