From the moment you arrive at their facilities you can see at all times how the cooks work. Initially the idea of the site was born in Madrid with the aim of offering diners an innovative, healthy and affordable menu. After opening four stores in the capital, they decided to enter Barcelona, where they already have three locations: in Plaça Catalunya, the Born and Tuset.

At Honest Greens everything is very simple because everyone makes their own custom-made dish. You can choose between two types of presentations: “market plates” and “garden bowls”.

Market plate

In this dish, the first thing you should choose is the main protein. It can be chimichurri beef, tuna, salmon, chicken with herbs or piri piri or falafel and tofu, all of them accompanied by special dressings and complements. Then you can choose side dishes such as hummus with a different flavor each week, avocado, vegetables, pumpkin, among others, and sauces to your liking.

It could be understood to be the same, but in reverse. That is, you start first with a veggie salad that is already prepared. If you only want vegetables you can stop ordering, but if not, you can move on to choosing some protein and the other supplements. Among the options is the Ginger goat cheese crunch, with caramelized celery, wild mushrooms, chipotle chicken and chipodle mayo.

In both types of dishes, the quantity served is generous and the combination of healthy flavors is unmatched. The price is between 10 – 20 € per diner.
