Paradox Museum Barcelona: totally fascinating

The meaning of the word paradox in ancient Greek is “contrary to expectations” or “unbelievable”.

At the Paradox Museum Barcelona, you can experience and think anew, while challenging the real world through interactive exhibits and rhetorical questions.

Paradox is essentially a statement that seems contradictory or absurd, but contains a hidden truth.

From the Inverted Room to the Paradox Tunnel, every corner of the museum will challenge you to think outside the box, exercise your brain and challenge reality.

Our goal is to leave you with unique memories and reflecting on our exhibits forever.

The paradox experience will blow your mind. It is somewhat strange, but also intriguingly funny and for all ages.

The museum is located in the heart of Barcelona, in Plaza Urquinaona, with easy access by public transport.

Tickets are priced from 14 to 18 euros.

The Inverted Room: one of the attractions at Paradox

Can you imagine walking through a room where everything is upside down? Where objects seem to float in the air and gravity does not seem to exist.

This is the Paradox Inverted Room.

In this space, everything seems to defy the laws of physics. Like a magician floating in the air without support, in the Inverted Room anything seems possible.

Here, even a task as simple as walking straight ahead becomes a challenge, as the gravitational direction seems to be altered.

One of the main attractions of the Inverted Room is the Paradox Tunnel, which completely changes the perception of gravitational direction.

But the Inverted Room is not Paradox’s only attraction.

At the Paradox Museum Boutique, you’ll find a wide selection of fun, educational and entertaining products that will challenge your perspective and exercise your brain. From games to clothing, accessories and gadgets, all our products ooze paradox.

Another fun option is the Paradox LED Light Box, which allows you to create your own phrases and messages with luminous letters.

And if you’re a fan of magic cubes, don’t miss the Paradox Magic Cube, which has shapes and colors that seem impossible.
