MEB has expanded its agenda to promote sex education from various disciplines and has introduced new activities and events at its facilities.

Some of the most notable initiatives include free “tuppersex” sessions that will be held weekly and are designed for both people unfamiliar with erotic toys and those with greater knowledge in this area.

Attendees at these sessions can also enjoy special discounts on related products.

In addition to “tuppersex” sessions, MEB has launched yoga classes designed to help people connect with their sexuality. These classes, held on the last Thursday of each month from 8:30 to 10 a.m., offer a unique experience that combines the practice of yoga with the exploration of human sexuality.

About the museum

MEB’s collection of more than 800 pieces offers a captivating experience that illustrates how human sexuality has been represented throughout history through different art forms such as painting, photography, sculpture and the invention of erotic toys.

The museum is composed of 14 rooms that explore sexuality in various cultures and historical moments, offering visitors a complete and enriching vision.

The MEB is open from 11:00 am to midnight from Monday to Friday and from 10:00 am to midnight on weekends. It is closed on December 25. It is located at La Rambla 96 bis, 08002 Barcelona, right in front of the Boqueria Market.

One of the highlights of the MEB is a photographic exhibition of “shibari”, a Japanese style of “bondage” that involves tying up following technical and aesthetic principles using ropes.

The museum offers a unique experience that combines sex education with fun and entertainment, and looks forward to welcoming visitors from all over the world.
