This first tour of Spain of the successful Colombian musical promises to bring the magic of the Cali salsa to different cities in the country, starting in Barcelona on May 9, 2024 at the Latin Palace Barcelona.
The Latin Palace BCN (Carrer de Ramon Trias Fargas, 2-4), will become the epicenter of salsa at 21:00 hours. From the opening of the doors at 8:00 p.m., attendees will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant world of “Aguanilé El Musical”, an experience that promises to be unforgettable.

Aguanilé the Salsa Musical: from Colombia to the World
The plot of “Aguanilé” takes us to Cali – Colombia (the salsa capital of the world) in the 70’s, a time of student revolution, salsa and bohemian life.
The story follows Daniel, a young composer who arrives in Cali and falls in love with Lupe, a beautiful woman who introduces him to “La Tropa Brava”, a group of young students led by Jerry, who fight for their revolutionary ideals. Through the power of music and love, the story unfolds in an exciting journey full of color and passion.
Written and directed by Juan Carlos Mazo, “Aguanilé El Musical” has a luxury cast headed by Karoll Márquez, recognized for his outstanding participation in musical theater plays such as “La hija del mariachi” and “Hombres a la plancha”.
Alongside him, actors such as Andrea Guzmán and Felipe Guzmán, accompanied by salsa world champions, will bring to life this fascinating story about the transformative power of music and love.
