What does the ASQ consist of?

The Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Program is a global benchmarking system for the airport industry. Its objective is to measure and improve the quality of service offered by airports worldwide.

Through passenger surveys, the ASQ evaluates various aspects, such as access, facilities, staff friendliness, security and waiting time at the security checkpoint. These data allow airports to identify areas for improvement and compare their performance with that of other airports of similar size internationally.

The awards granted under the ASQ Program highlight the efforts made by airports to raise the quality standards of their services and facilitate a more satisfactory experience for passengers and airlines.

With more than 2,100 member airports, ACI is a recognized authority in the aviation industry, promoting standards of excellence and collaboration among airports worldwide.

The awards ceremony will be held at the annual ACI World Customer Experience Summit and Exhibition in Atlanta, USA. These awards highlight the airport industry’s collective commitment to delivering exceptional passenger experiences around the world.
