Many people who like Blues and Rock music will remember the name of Rory Gallagher, one of the greatest exponents of the aforementioned music. Although this musical genius died in 1995, his music lives on in the hearts of many.
Band of Friends is a perfect way to revive and pay homage to Rory Gallagher. The concert features musicians who played with Gallagher such as Gerry McAvoy, Ted McKenna and Marcel Scherpenzeel.
Although there are many bands and concerts that revive Rory’s career, few are of sufficient quality to remind us of the best moments of the Blues as Band of Friends.
